Using a GPU as a raid controller is not something you would expect to hear among a conversation with server administrators. A US startup, GRAID, has a product called SupremeRAID, the SR-1010. It can have over 100GBps of read throughput and over 19 million IOPS – pretty impressive!

Raptor Lake refresh to come in 2023

According to leaks and information out in the public domain as well as teasers by Intel, we will apparently see a Raptor Lake refresh in 2023.  Intel will disclose its PC roadmap shortly. This is apparently just for the entry-level area of the market. Intel plans Sapphire Rapids for the high-end market within 2023 as well according to the news.
