HPE claims in its press release delivered up to 99% “higher performance” and quite impressively, “43% more energy efficiency”. 

With energy prices on the rise and the need for more dense performance from server work environments, this is quite impressive. HPE has, according to their own records, 43 world records for AMD EPYC processors, they list it here

HPE list some of these as key benefits of the new Gen11 servers: 2 x more optimized Java performance Time-to-production and improved imagery with 2 x more performance on video rendering Acceleration of data-first modernization with 56% better performance on decision support systems for Microsoft SQL based enterprise servers.
