Today we have completed and uploaded our AMD server products to the ICC website (www.icc-usa.com). Although you can buy all products made by our partner Supermicro (including Blade, TwinBlade and workstation solutions) by contacting us by e-mail or phone, the web commerce team at ICC has been working to make available as many of our products as possible on the website.
We have created (and are in the process of refining) a step-by-step process for our customers to determine the right server for them when they are shopping on our web store. What form factor of server should I buy? How many processors do I need in a system? What's the best way to increase performance and power efficiency in my server room? These questions and others are the ones we are seeking to answer and re-answer as new technologies continue to hit the market. Please bear with us as we continue to improve the design and content of our site (admittedly, there is still a lot of work to do).
What's next on the horizon for the ICC web store? The AMD Opteron 4100 series processors have just hit the market and we will be blogging about them as well as adding ICC Opteron 4100 servers to our website. In addition, we will be creating online configurators for our Storage products. On top of that, we will continue to add helpful information and suggestions to our content pages and make a greater effort to engage our customers on social media networks (check out our current Twitter and Facebook pages).
