AMD has just announced its new Zen 4 series of CPUs. They have announced 4 new CPUs which will be available from September 27th:  Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 7900X, Ryzen 7 7700X, and Ryzen 5 7600X, all of which are all based on the AM5 Socket. 

With Intel releasing Raptor Lake and the new AMD Zen4 Ryzen 7000 just hitting the market, we realize the need for these new CPUs will be strong, especially for High Frequency Trading. One of the problems initially that come with such large-scale CPU releases is availability.

We’re in the middle of Intel vs AMD performance war, for the nth time. We now know the landscape and the confirmed release dates for the AMD Ryzen 7000 processors. September 27th they’ll be available globally.

AMD has been continuing to acquire market share over the last couple of years and we’ve noticed a large interest in AMD Ryzen & Epyc Servers. AMD managed to make some serious inroads with their 5000 series Ryzen processors that were able to beat Intel Rocket Lake like-for-like on CPU benchmarks.
