Welcome to the NUC - The Next World of Computing

The NUC (acronym for œNext Unit of Computing) is an innovative œsmall form factor computer based on Intel processor architectures. It is capable of doing virtually everything a traditional ""tower"" computer (e.g. desktop/workstation form factor) can do, while taking up a small fraction of the physical space.

The heart of the NUC is a 4x4 inch motherboard with a soldered-on Intel processor. ICC offers a variety of NUC models based on different CPUs such as Atom, Celeron, and Core. We integrate these motherboards into ultra-compact cases, creating highly versatile solutions for both consumer and business applications.

Highlights of the NUC include:

  • Highly portable yet powerful
  • Support for range of Intel processors
  • Excellent for both home and business applications: home theater, media server, digital signage, video surveillance, and more
  • Variety of interfaces: USB 3.0, HDMI, PoE, and more
  • All solid state storage (with support for 2.5"" HDDs)
  • Supports Intel HD Graphics

In addition to these features, the NUC also employs a fanless passive cooling design for the low power Atom-based solutions and fan-based active cooling on higher power systems, such as those running the Core i3 and i5 CPUs.
