Leading generation AMD-powered hardware from ICCThe end of 2021 brought about the arrival of AMD’s newest CPU, which leverages AMD’s new 3D V-Cache technology – the ideal chip choice for any memory-bound applications, including Engineering and Simulation-based workloads.

Our range of AMD solutions delivers three times the L3 cache compared to standard Milan processors, scaling 32 megabytes of cache to a whopping 96 megabytes per complex core die (CCD), which equates to a total of 804 megabytes of cache per socket. Built on the same 7nm Zen 3 cores as the previous generation chips, ‘Milan-X’ will also have a max core count of 64 total cores, and promise to deliver a 50 percent performance improvement on targeted technical computing workloads.
