HPC Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop new HPC cluster solutions, integrating hardware, software, networking, and storage technologies that maximize overall energy efficiency.
- Script, use, and compile code to evaluate, benchmark, and optimize HPC system performance.
- Install and work with middleware and operating systems (Linux, Windows, UNIX).
- Determine proper HPC cluster configurations by communicating with clients, colleagues, vendors, and others.
- Help build, implement, and test complete HPC solutions for customers.
- Research and analyze new technologies, trends, innovations, products, and upgrades in HPC and recommend or implement valuable changes to the ICC solutions portfolio.

Requirements

Marketing Specialist
ICC is seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Specialist to lead marketing campaigns and help with web-related projects. The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a broad knowledge of marketing tools and practices, and an enthusiasm for branding and promoting computer solutions to corporate enterprises, governments, and universities.
Responsibilities
- Takes a leading role in ensuring that the tasks set forth in the company marketing plan are completed on budget and on time
- Maintains ecommerce assets by updating online products with the proper specifications, images, and configurations
- Upholds company brand equity through ongoing campaigns of email marketing, promotions, mailings, surveys and web updates
- Coordinates with the Web Team to ensure company web assets align with strategic objectives

Network Administrator
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage existing computer networks.

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is a technical expert that is part of the Sales team.
Responsibilities

Technical Support Engineer (Tier 3)
International Computer Concepts (ICC) is seeking a senior technical support engineer to work with customers and colleagues in diagnosing and solving challenging problems with server hardware. We are looking for someone with great problem solving skills, extensive knowledge of computer hardware, and a passion for technology who would be a technical support leader at ICC.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 technical support.
- Assist customers by phone, email, support ticket program, and IM to help them solve server hardware problems.
- Engage in testing, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairing of servers, storage arrays, and HPC clusters.
- Work with our vendors to diagnose any problems with our hardware components.
- Coordinate with customers and Production Managers to expedite RMA processes.
- Assist Product Development Engineers with testing and troubleshooting hardware for new solutions.
- Lead in developing initiatives to continually improve testing and QA procedures in the manufacturing process.
- Be on call after office hours to handle critical technical support issues.
- Occasionally provide IT support for computer hardware and software systems running in the ICC company building.
Requirements
